John O’Brien was appointed general manager and principal for BTI Communications Group, Sacramento as part of the transaction. O’Brien previously drove sales records and success for the Inter-Tel branch in Sacramento, contributing to the “Branch of the Year” award during his tenure. He is a former President Club winning sales manager and former acting General Manager Inter-Tel Sacramento.
