In exchange for Press Release's consideration of the press release I am submitting, I agree

1. To be bound by the Press Release's Terms of Service.
    
2. To waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of this or any other release in the Press Release.
    
3. To grant WebNetworks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission.

I also acknowledge that WebNetworks and the Press Release have unfettered editorial discretion to determine the structure and content of the Press Release and that, because a release's placement in the Press Release is subject to change or deletion at any time, I may not rely on any aspect of a release's inclusion in the Press Release. (i.e. "submission" means the HEADLINES and RELEASES you supply for your release).
